1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the winlaju platform, you hereby fully accept the terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and winlaju as the platform operator.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

winlaju services are restricted to individuals aged 21 and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. Any registration by an individual below the stated age limit is invalid and the account will be terminated immediately upon identification.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account at winlaju. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of funds held within them.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Users are required to provide true, accurate, and current information during the winlaju account registration process. This information includes full name, identity card number (MyKad), email address, mobile number, and bank or e-wallet details. Failure to provide accurate information may prevent the processing of fund withdrawals.

2.4 Identity Verification

winlaju reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Users may be required to submit a copy of their identity card, bank statement, or other supporting documents for verification purposes. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Payment Methods

winlaju supports a range of payment methods to meet the needs of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.

3.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM30

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Any attempt to exploit promotions through unauthorised means will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

4.3 VIP Programme

Active winlaju members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's overall betting activity and performance.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Permitted Use

Users are permitted to use the winlaju platform for entertainment and betting across the available categories, including sports, online slots, live casino, and table games. All bets must be placed individually and independently, without any form of collusion or cooperation that results in an unfair advantage.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets is prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain is prohibited.
• Collusion between players and match betting in violation of bonus terms are also prohibited.
• Money laundering through a winlaju account is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.3 Final Results

The outcome of all bets is final once determined by the winlaju system. Any dispute relating to a bet result must be submitted within 48 hours of the result being issued through the official customer support channel.

6. Account Closure and Restrictions

winlaju reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following activities:

• Fraud or falsification of information during registration
• Use of multiple accounts
• Unauthorised exploitation of promotions or the system
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Violation of these terms and conditions

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the winlaju customer support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, any eligible fund balance will be returned to the user subject to the necessary compliance checks.

7. Limitation of Liability

winlaju shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond winlaju's control, betting losses incurred by users, or any technical issues occurring on the part of the internet service provider or the user's device.

8. Amendments to Terms
